The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Tortosa and the Catalan Department of Industry,
Trade and Tourism have signed an agreement to set up a joint OGE-CHAMBER OF COMMERCE information point.
By signing this agreement, the Chamber of Commerce of Tortosa is offering companies in the area a service
providing information and advice about administrative procedures.
The aim of the service is to make it easier for companies in the area to carry out administrative
procedures.
As an inter-departmental service, this new OGE-CHAMBER OF COMMERCE point's scope of action covers
administrative procedures related to the departments of industry, trade and tourism; employment;
agriculture, livestock and fisheries; the environment; and health and social security.
The users are all those industrial establishments that wish to set up or open premises or expand
or move their business.
This initiative to set up a decentralised processing office is aimed at providing a favourable environment
for business projects and bringing service points closer to busineses.
The plan is to improve the way services are provided to companies by the Catalan Government and the
Chamber of Commerce.
