The Chamber of Commerce offers the possibility of using two halls for meetings,
presentations and conferences, etc. Both of them are equipped with air conditioning,
a PA system and projection equipment. It is also possible to use La Llotja or a small
room in the Chamber of Commerce building.

Usage conditions
Apply in writing to the Chamber of Commerce
reception at least 15 days before the event for permission to temporarily use the applicable hall.
The applicant will be provided with written
confirmation of the availability of the hall.
The minimum charge must be paid before the event.
The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to alter or postpone any
activity for justified reasons, after notifying the applicant.

c) Exemptions
The extra charges will not apply to:

Events supported by the Chamber of Commerce. Leaflets, posters or invitations must be provided as proof.
